When celebrities need a break from the spotlight, they often escape to some of the world’s most breathtaking destinations.

The Kardashian-Jenners, for example, frequently go on luxurious vacations to places like Bora Bora, Costa Rica and Turks and Caicos.

Other celebrities, like Mariah Carey, revisit the same destination every year. The “Fantasy” singer has an annual tradition of traveling to Aspen for the holidays.

From remote islands to historic European cities, here are 10 of the most popular celebrity vacation spots.

The Maldives

The Maldives have become a popular destination for some of the world’s most famous A-listers, including Taylor Swift, Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.

In October 2022, Sarah Hyland took a trip to the islands with her husband, Wells Adams, after their August 2022 wedding. The couple spent their honeymoon there and made sure to document the trip on Instagram.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner also spent their honeymoon in the Maldives following their 2019 nuptials. The duo have since divorced.

Hawaii

Hawaii is known for its beautiful landscapes and is frequented by several celebrities, including Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song. The couple vacationed there in May 2025. Song later explained that she and her family always have a lot of “fun” in Hawaii.

“I think my boys are at an age now where they can actually enjoy it,” the actress told PEOPLE in November 2025. “They were at the beach every day, riding bikes, doing all of the activities, and it was really special.”

Randall Park is also a fan of the islands. The Fresh Off the Boat star spent his honeymoon there with his wife, Jae Suh Park, and later shared a snapshot of their trip on Instagram.

Italy has long been a go-to getaway for celebrities like George and Amal Clooney, who famously own a home on Lake Como. Others, like Heidi Klum, vacation there from time to time.

In August 2023, the model shared a photo of herself in Italy on Instagram. She captioned the post, “Bonjourno 🥰🇮🇹.”

Dua Lipa and Callum Turner also visited Italy following their town hall wedding in London. In June 2026, the newlyweds jetted off to Palermo, where they hosted a pre-wedding party before their second ceremony in Italy.

After saying “I do” again, the singer and the Eternity actor spent their honeymoon on the Amalfi Coast.

Following Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos’ Venice wedding, for example, Kendall and Kylie Jenner went on a getaway to Saint Tropez, which is located in the south of France.

A few days later, Kylie and her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, were spotted holding hands after reuniting in the coastal town.

Known for its Mediterranean beaches and ancient history, Greece has long been a favorite of stars like Lindsay Lohan, who once ran a beach club on the island of Mykonos.

Kate Hudson is a frequent visitor to the picturesque country and often spends family vacations there with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa, and her three kids, Ryder, Bingham and Rani.

Fellow actress Demi Moore also paid a visit to Greece in August 2022 and shared some snapshots from her trip on Instagram.

Aspen, Colo., is the go-to city for celebrities who love the outdoors. Many A-listers have vacationed there, including Lopez, Hudson and Carey. The “Fantasy” singer even has an annual tradition of traveling to Aspen for the holidays.

Aspen has also played host to Prince Harry, who went skiing there in December 2025 after competing in the St. Regis World Snow Polo Championship.

Aside from vacationing on the Spanish island of Mallorca, Bieber also celebrated a Rhode launch there with her husband, Justin, in July 2025.

Jenner is also a fan of Mallorca. The reality TV star once spent a stylish summer holiday with Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King on the island. All three women rocked swim cover-ups from SKIMS’ collaboration with Roberto Cavalli, which prompted Jenner’s daughter Kim to compare them to another iconic trio: Charlie’s Angels.

Dempsey was seen out and about in St. Barts in December 2025. Brady, on the other hand, celebrated New Year’s Eve on the island later that same month.

DiCaprio, for his part, vacationed in St. Barts with his girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, in December 2024.

No list of celebrity-approved vacation spots would be complete without Turks and Caicos. The popular destination has been frequented by the likes of Swift, Kylie Jenner, and Lori Harvey.

Harvey took a trip there with Snowfall star Damson Idris in April 2023. She later shared a photo dump of the trip on Instagram.

Three years later, Jenner visited the island in June 2026 with her kids, Stormi and Aire. The trio traveled there on her private jet and spent plenty of time soaking up the sun on the beach with Jenner’s friends.
